Industrial Powder Coater

Responsible for applying powder coatings to a variety of manufactured products while maintaining quality and production standards. This position includes operating powder coating equipment, preparing and changing powders, loading and unloading parts, operating curing ovens, and assisting with troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Operate powder coating equipment, including loading powder, spraying products, hanging and unhanging parts, and operating curing ovens.

Perform powder coating setup, including powder changes and adjustments to powder spray guns.

Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with quality specifications.

Assist with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and powder coating equipment adjustments.

Support other team members with powder coating operations as needed.

Assist with training employees on powder coating equipment operation and setup.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Previous painting, powder coating, industrial finishing, or related manufacturing experience preferred.

Trade school training in a related field may be considered.

Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment.

Attention to Detail:
Ability to closely follow specifications and produce consistent, high-quality finished products.

Mechanical Aptitude:
Comfortable working with tools and machinery and assisting with basic troubleshooting or adjustments.
