Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining, is seeking a CNC Setup Operator 4th Shift to join their team. As a CNC Setup Operator 4th Shift, you will be part of the Machine Center Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

CNC Setup Operator 4th Shift

Location:

Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Shift: 4th shift: 6am - 6pm (Friday-Sunday); may need to train on 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills safely and efficiently
• Call up programs and set-up tooling for CNC machines
• Edit CNC programs as necessary to ensure optimal production
• Measure parts and make tool corrections during production runs
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition

What's Needed?

• Technical College or equivalent experience in CNC operations
• At least 1 year of experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC mills and manual milling equipment
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with gages and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members
