Production Level 4

Vinylmax, a family-owned manufacturer of custom vinyl windows and doors, is seeking a Production Level 4 team member for our Manufacturing & Production department. In this hands-on role, you will operate equipment, assemble window and door components, perform quality checks, and follow detailed work instructions to meet production, safety, and efficiency goals. You'll work in a clean, modern facility that emphasizes craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture vinyl windows and doors to spec
• Assemble components using hand and power tools while meeting quality standards
• Perform in-process inspections and report defects or issues
• Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping, and 5
• S practices
• Read and interpret work orders, labels, and production schedules
• Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals as part of a team
• Assist with basic equipment setups, changeovers, and routine checks
• Handle, stage, and move materials safely throughout the work area
