Plant Production Supervisor

Fin Pan Inc. is hiring a Plant Production Supervisor for our EPS fabrication and coating plant in Hamilton, Ohio. Fin Pan is a third generation family owned business in operation since 1975.

This is an on-the-floor job. You’ll run the shift: crew, schedule, quality, safety, and handoff. Mixing through forming, cut, pack, and ship.

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Work Experience: 1 to 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including 1 to 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  
  Experience leading Teams in a fast paced production, coating or packaging facility is preferred .

  Ability to direct, train, motivate, and mentor floor employees to hit daily performance targets.
• Safety Compliance: Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, lockout/tagout protocols, and general workplace safety enforcement.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot equipment downtime, analyze workflow bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Technical & Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with manufacturing systems like ERP, MES, or inventory tracking software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to coordinate across shifts, conduct team meetings, and report metrics to plant managers.

• Lean / Six Sigma: Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma demonstrate expertise in reducing waste and process optimization.
• Specialized Credentials: Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or OSHA safety certifications can give candidates a competitive edge.
