Job Summary

Join our industry-leading company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of heat-treating furnaces and ovens. As a fabricator and welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, and assembly of specialty furnaces and ovens. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Reading engineering drawings.
• Fabricating materials to specifications.
• Laying out and building assemblies, including quench tanks, blast gates, and interior chambers.
• Setting up welding equipment.

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience levels. While manufacturing experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and abilities:

• Competency with a variety of power tools such as drills, jig saws, and rivet guns.
• Knowledge of machine operation, cutting, sawing, drilling, and grinding parts is desirable.
• Experience using MIG and TIG equipment is a plus (not required for fabricators and installers).
• A high sense of urgency to meet all production goals accurately.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and a willingness to use personal protective equipment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.

Full-time position with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
