Work Schedule- Full Time Nights - (72 hours bi-weekly)
- 6:30pm - 7:00am
- Every 3rd weekend rotation

Job SummaryThe Assistant Care Technician (ACT) supports patient care by performing basic clinical tasks under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment while ensuring high‑quality communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Job Requirements- 2 years High School Education
- Age 17 with work permit
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Reading and math ability appropriate to the position
- Experience as an STNA, PCA or ACT strongly preferred
- Provide basic patient care and assist with daily activities under RN supervision.
- Maintain a safe environment by following safety, emergency, and infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; document care accurately.
- Support unit operations by managing supplies, equipment, and environmental needs.
- Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
