Position
: LPN – Salary $28 to $33 per hour (based on experience and licensure).
Daily pay available.

The role serves as a charge nurse leader, providing direct care and oversight to patient residents and nurse aides, ensuring excellent care delivery on the nursing units.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in total patient care within the nursing unit and manage the unit.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients.
  • Carry out administrative and patient‑care duties directed by the ADON or DON.
  • Supervise and assume responsibility for nurse associate actions and care, monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Administer medication and treatments per physician orders.
  • Instruct and observe care implementation per physician/clinician or standard practice.
  • Assist and direct admission/discharge processes of patients.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license.
  • Maintains licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification.
  • Desire to work with elderly and enjoyment of direct interaction with residents, staff, and families.
  • Good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require.
