About the Role
Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time positions. Come join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to patients and directs oversight to nurse aides, ensuring and promoting excellent care delivery on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of residents, resident families, and nursing aides are met during the care delivery process.
Compensationand Schedule
LPN: $29 to $33 depending on experience and licensure
On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Work a shift and you can get real cash that same day! Med passes are easy with our individual med packs.

- Assist in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit and management of the unit.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Carry out administrative and patient‑care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
- Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, including monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties.
- Administer medication and treatment per the physician orders specific to the patient.
- Instruct and observe care is implemented per the physician/clinician or based on standard of practice.
- Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license in the state in which practicing.
- Maintain licensure (completes CE requirements) and CPR certification.
- Desire to work with elderly and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families.
- Possess good organizational skills and follow up when patient situations require.
