Our clients in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, are looking for Nurses! We are seeking dedicated BS/MS Nursing graduates who are PRC Registered with at least 7 months of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or health & medical clinics.

Responsibilities- Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health status.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care.

- PRC Registered
- Minimum 7 months in a hospital setting
- With current B1/B2 level certification are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 8 months German language training
- 2,000 to 2,700 Euro salary range before recognition
- 2,800 to 3,500 Euro salary range after recognition
- Free German language and culture training (A1 to B2)
- Intensive face-to-face training in Giga Mare, Inc. with a 90% passing rate

Make it to Germany within 10-12 months.
0 to 1st Month:
Recruitment Procedure – This includes discovery sessions, interviews, and coaching to increase the chance of landing a contract with German employers.
2nd to 10th Month:
Language Training and Certification (A1-B2). Our Team will guide you on the path to ensure a successful application.
10th to 12th Month:
Deployment and Departure to Germany, including final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding.
Lifetime:
Work and Live in Germany! We arrange apartment, basics, and paperwork with your employer for a smooth transition.
