Starting pay is $32/ hr depending on experience and is determined by the hiring manager during an interview.

  • Weekend Warrior shifts receive an additional shift premium of $4.00/hr.
Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities
  • Implementing a resident care plan
  • Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
  • Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary
  • Consulting with and validating data
  • Recording pertinent information in the patient record
  • Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
  • Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
  • Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
  • Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing
  • Working leader – oversees and implements a resident plan of care
  • Working leader – performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessment and evaluations
  • Consulting with and validates data
  • Recording pertinent information in the patient record
  • Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
