Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily health support for students, including specialized diabetes management for two enrolled students.
• Conduct routine vision and hearing screenings to identify and address student health concerns.
• Review and maintain up-to-date student immunization and health records.
• Deliver first aid and manage acute and chronic health conditions as needed throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support students' overall well-being.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student health plans and status.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote a safe, inclusive environment for all students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in Ohio.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings strongly preferred.
• Skilled in diabetes care and management.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
