Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse; RN

Step into a vital role providing compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients within a medical-surgical (Med Surg) nursing setting. This contract position calls for a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in med-surg environments, ready to make a positive difference and support interdisciplinary care teams.

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Proficient assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic hospital environment
• Willingness to work collaboratively with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical needs
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document nursing interventions
• Coordinate patient care plans and communicate updates with families and healthcare team members
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and execute appropriate interventions
• Adhere to all safety standards, hospital policies, and compliance regulations
• Provide patient education and support throughout hospital stay and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in multidisciplinary rounds

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
