Site Safety Representative [AA-14910

A growing industrial manufacturing and supply chain organization is looking to add a Site EHS Representative to support operations based near Hamilton, Ohio, with exposure to a multi-site footprint across the U.S. This person will be tasked with driving a strong, proactive safety culture within a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing environment. The role offers the opportunity to partner closely with plant and regional leadership while influencing meaningful cultural and operational change.

The Role

• Lead and support site-level environmental, health, and safety initiatives while partnering with plant and regional leadership to strengthen safety culture
• Conduct safety audits, behavioral observations, and incident investigations, tracking corrective actions through completion
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor safety training programs and computer-based training compliance
• Prepare and distribute safety metrics and trend reports to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for EHS compliance, documentation, and regulatory readiness across assigned locations

The Candidate

• Brings 5+ years of progressive experience in safety and health within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations and practical experience administering safety programs
• Is a confident, relationship-driven leader with the ability to influence behavior and drive cultural change
• Possesses strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and is willing to travel up to 25% as needed
