Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experience; manage departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management).;
Ensure Customer Experience and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for best service; train service staff.;
Ensure restaurant delivers high-quality, safe food; manage food cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures including new items.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate crew.;
Provide coaching and report results to the team and other managers.
