Overview

As a Dining Room Supervisor you will work to ensure excellent hospitality with meal service in our resident dining rooms. This is an important hospitality role in making our residents feel valued. You'll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.
Schedules: Full Time, primarily PM shift, must have weekend availability.
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on professional experience.

Responsibilities- Oversees operations of the dining room, catering events and other dining settings to include inspecting side wok and closing the dining rooms.
- Responsible to train all Front of the House employees
- Responsible for ensuring that patrons have a pleasurable dining experience
- Resolves customer complaints, monitor service times and manage table availability
- Assists behind the scenes to make sure food and beverage service runs smoothly
- Assists the Director of Culinary with scheduling shifts of front of the house staff
- Assists with supply inventory, ordering, stocking, etc.
- Assists with serving staff during meal time, including tray delivery when needed.
- Ensure dining team is compliant with health and safety procedures
- Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.
- All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licenses or other required certifications: Food Handlers card or Serv Safe certification
Experience: At least two years of hospitality experience - restaurant experience is preferred
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in the English language
