We're currently recruiting candidates for the upcoming fall/back‑to‑school season. Most positions will begin between mid‑July through August. Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.

• Promote company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information.

• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.

• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).

• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking; ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
