Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you will oversee a single store’s operations, including hiring, managing associates, and achieving financial and guest experience goals.

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, managing staff performance, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

All new Store Managers will receive an 8‑week leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work within a 50‑mile radius of the store
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Serve Safe certification (or food safety certification)

Workplace includes hot equipment and a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 4 hours, and reach 36 inches across the counter. Requires effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
