Game Stop - 756 Northwest Washington Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and promote promotions and selling behaviors in every transaction;
Support the shopping environment, visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that drive sales and repeat business;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently;
Escalate guest issues to the Store Manager when appropriate and in a timely manner;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager
