We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and results‑driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Germany.
What You’ll Do- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and explain N6
Tec products and services to potential clients - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to align sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates
- Self‑driven and goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for new and emerging life science technologies
- Strong understanding of genomics, NGS, and library preparation workflows
- Knowledgeable and networked in genomics markets with deep understanding of key accounts in the defined territory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and engage scientific audiences authentically
- Life sciences background (degree in biology, molecular biology, genomics, or related field) and experience selling into research/clinical labs
- Hub Spot or other CRM proficiency with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and use data to inform forecasts and strategy
- Ability to travel >50% with a drive to meet face‑to‑face with prospects and customers
- Desire and ability to make positive contributions to team chemistry and company culture
