Conduct apprehensions per policy and document all stages of investigations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy violations to AP and store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise
