Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and visitor registration protocols;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain access logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate;
Communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, guest arrivals, and/or restricted access requests while following established security-related procedures and documentation practices;
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access areas, lobbies, and perimeter points as assigned
