• Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
• Gaff poles and climb ladders
• Pull and place lashers
• Splice coaxial cable

• High school diploma or equivalent; in telecommunications preferred.
• Proven experience as a lineman or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate aerial lift equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
