Skilled Laborer/Carpenter - Modular Building Remodeling
Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Location:
Hamilton, OH
Starting Pay Rate: $22.00/hr, paid weekly
Skills RequiredCurrently seeking any of the following skills: handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations.
Responsibilities- Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.
- Remodeling modular buildings
- Inspect/replace framework using carpentry skills
- Tile prep and installation
- Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.
- Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
- Wear and use of personal protective equipment
• Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation
• Remodeling experience
• Background and drug testing
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed
