Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Hamilton, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
* Troubleshoot and repair VRF and ERV systems
* Diagnose refrigeration and control-related issues
* Perform preventive maintenance and service work
* Read and interpret mechanical and control schematics
* Work independently in active commercial environments
* Communicate professionally with site personnel and customers
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
* Hands-on experience with VRF and ERV equipment
* Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and controls
* Experience servicing hotels, office buildings, or large commercial facilities
* Pass required pre-employment screen
