80 Acres Farms is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician 3 for our highly automated indoor farming operation in Ohio. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, perform predictive maintenance, and help mentor team members in a fast-paced facility.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and CMMS proficiency. Must safely lift up to 50 lbs and work with various industrial systems.
