Maintenance Tech

SNS Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to support commercial and mission-critical construction projects in Sterling, VA and the Mid-Atlantic region. The Maintenance Tech will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities; troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues; and support project teams to keep sites safe, operational, and on schedule. In this collaborative, growth-focused role, you'll work closely with supervisors and clients, prioritize work orders, maintain documentation, and uphold strict safety and quality standards across multiple active job sites.
