Butler County RTA is seeking a master-level Diagnostician / Mechanic Trainer to diagnose complex heavy-duty issues, define exact fixes, and elevate the skills of every technician in the shop. If you’ve spent years under buses and trucks, particularly with Cummins powertrains, you’ll fit right in.
This is a teaching, not a production role. You’ll road-test, verify repairs, mentor staff, and help pre-stage parts to cut downtime while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront.
