Advanced Underground Inc. is looking for a hardworking and motivated Directional Drill Laborer to join our crew in Hamilton, OH. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work alongside experienced underground utility professionals on exciting infrastructure projects. • Assist directional drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of HDD (horizontal directional drilling) equipment
• Support drill operators during boring and pipe‑pulling operations
• Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and site preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Assist with underground utility installation including conduit, and fiber lines

• Prior experience in underground utilities, directional drilling, or construction preferred not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a plus
• Willingness to follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
• Ability to operate hand tools and light equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
