A well-established company in Fairfield, OH is looking for Warehouse Clerk for a temp to hire position.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations through inventory handling, material movement, and basic clerical functions. This role is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment while ensuring accurate documentation and data entry to support operational efficiency. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates pallet jack and electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Operates sit-down, battery-powered forklift in a safe and compliant manner
• Loads, unloads, stages, and organizes inventory according to company procedures
• Assists with receiving and verifying incoming shipments
• Pulls, stages, and prepares materials for transfer or shipment
• Conducts cycle counts and assists with physical inventory
• Creates, enters, and maintains transfer orders in the system
• Performs basic data entry related to inventory movement and warehouse transactions
• Completes and maintains required warehouse documentation and logs
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Delivers meals to customer sites as needed to support operational demands
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience operating pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and sit-down forklift required
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certification required
• Must meet all DOT and company driving eligibility requirements
• Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass back

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in wet or humid conditions not related to weather
• Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment
• Exposure to moderate noise levels
