Description
Reports to:2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Reporting Staff:None
Alternate in Case of Absence:Warehouse Clerks
Responsibilities- Assists the Supervisor in ensuring that all operations are completed in and with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Needs to be versatile to be able to work in the department that needs help the most and to support them.
- Complete knowledge of company GDPs.
- Checks inbound/outbound freight for errors, damage, correctness.
- Assists in arranging product within the warehouse.
- Expert in RF gun and able to handle the tough situations on the floor.
- Head trainer to warehouse operators.
- Advocates for and supports all employees including new employees.
- Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk.
