Warehouse Associate- Picking Dept

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more distribution‑related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading.
• May operate a pallet jack to move product around.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety focus.
• Demonstrate commitment to company core values.
• Interact with supervisors, leads, and work groups regarding immediate tasks.
• Participate in implementation and provide ideas for continuous improvement to the distribution process.
• Work in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent education (preferred).
• Basic communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills: internet access/navigation, keyboard use, document operations.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate equipment using hands throughout work hours.
• Walking on uneven surfaces possible, though infrequently.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Good job performance behavior: teamwork, attendance, quality, productivity.
• One year prior related experience preferred.
