Lead the flow. Elevate the standard.

Picture the start of your shift: you kick off a quick safety huddle, walk the floor to confirm 5S standards, align labor and equipment to the day’s shipping plan, and open your dashboard of KPIs. Orders are queued, receiving bays are clearing, and you’re coaching a new team lead while partnering with the Operations Manager to finalize two hiring decisions. By mid-shift, a Kaizen you launched is already cutting touches per order.

Before close, inventory variances are resolved, carriers are on time, and your team leaves a cleaner, safer, more efficient warehouse than they found.

Build and monitor cost-savings and cost-avoidance projects that deliver year-over-year reductions in operating expenses.
