Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3+) – Fulham, London

Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 (or above) Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their well-established early years setting in Fulham, London.

This is a full-time, permanent position within a supportive and professional environment that values high-quality early years practice. The nursery operates 51 weeks per year, opening between 8:00am and 6:00pm. The role is typically five days per week, although there is flexibility to consider four or four-and-a-half days for the right candidate.

The salary on offer is £30,000 per annum, with an additional 8% bonus payable upon successful completion of probation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting children’s learning and development, and building positive relationships with colleagues and parents. A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and child-centred practice is essential.

Candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable due to the setting’s community, although this is not essential. Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is required.
