Deputy Manager (In-Room) – Brand New Nursery

Salary: £36,000 per annum + £1,000 Ofsted bonus

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a brand-new nursery opening in SW6. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a new setting from the outset and play a key role in shaping practice and culture.

This is an in-room Deputy Manager position, ideally within the baby room, though flexibility across age groups is available.

The Role

• Acting as a strong mentor and role model to the team

• Supporting assessments and monitoring

• Carrying out observations and contributing to reports

• Staff supervision once established in the role

• Key person responsibilities

• Overseeing smooth transitions between rooms

Previous experience in a Deputy Manager role is preferred.

Hours

• 40 hours per week

• Nursery opening hours: 07:30 – 18:00

• Rotational shifts: 07:30–16:30 | 08:00–17:00 | 09:00–18:00

• 1-hour break (45-minute lunch + 15-minute later break)

• Rotas provided in advance and agreed with management
