I am currently recruiting for an excellent Multi-trader opportunity working for a reactive maintenance team.
Multi-trader Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
Hammersmith & Fulham
We are seeking an experienced and qualified multi-trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.
The Role
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
- Repair and maintain occupied properties
- Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
What We re Looking For
- Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
- Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
What We Offer
- £725 take home a week after tax
- £22 an hour paid via CIS
- 42.5-hour working week
- Company van and fuel card
