The Department of English and World Languages at Purdue University Northwest (Hammond and Westville, Indiana) anticipates hiring a full-time Lecturer to teach courses in Spanish for the academic year. The position will focus on beginning and intermediate language courses.
QualificationsCandidate must have completed an MA in Spanish (or other relevant field) and a minimum of two years' experience teaching at the college level.
ResponsibilitiesStart date:
August 17, 2026. Responsibilities include teaching five classes per semester. Renewal of the position is possible and contingent on enrollment and successful performance reviews.
Employment is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.
