We are hiring private voice music instructors who share our philosophy of learning to play from the heart.

Lessons can be conducted in the students' homes, at your own home or studio, or via webcam (small portion). Most students prefer in‑person lessons; therefore local instructors who can host students or travel within the Hammond, IN area are preferred.

Employment is on an independent contractor basis. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You set your own schedule and curriculum, and the company handles advertising, marketing and billing.

• Provide private voice lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Conduct lessons in‑person or via webcam as requested.
• Travel to students’ homes or the Hammond, IN area if required.
• Maintain timely, organized lesson plans and communicate effectively with the office.

• Passable music training (degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience) – formal training is not mandatory.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and punctuality.
• Willingness to comply with COVID‑19 precautions: mask wear, hand sanitization, social distancing as applicable.
