Our client is a successful manufacturer who has continued to grow and expand their operations. They are currently searching for a talented Plant Controls Engineer. This is a full-time/direct hire opening.

• Ensure manufacturing equipment is running at optimal performance
• Program, develop, design and troubleshoot logic on PLCs
• Configure and install hardware components
• Identify and implement updates to existing equipment and new industrial systems
• Perform analytical analysis to support and drive decisions
• Assist and support maintenance team as necessary

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or similar preferred, A.S. degree and experience required
• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong background with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, etc.
• Must have a strong hands‑on, floor‑present ability
• Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude
• Effective project management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
