Job Summary

The Busser supports hospitality operations by maintaining clean, organized dining and event areas during audit-related functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables, and upholding service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for hospitality events, meetings, or meals during audit assignments
  • Ensure consistent availability of clean tableware, linens, and service supplies
  • Support servers by delivering water, condiments, and additional items to guests as needed
  • Monitor cleanliness of floors, furniture, and service stations, taking corrective action when necessary
  • Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure timely service and smooth event flow
  • Assist in transporting food and beverage supplies between service areas when needed
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas
