Operational Technology Specialist - Entry Level

perational Technology Specialists perform on-going maintenance and enhancements to EMS applications, databases and displays, utilizing change-management methodology and SCADA modeling standards. The position will complete and maintain overall application documentation day-to-day application changes. Formulate and define scope and objectives for assigned projects, by working with end-users to understand business requirements.
Operational Technology Specialists work in one of the following disciplines:
* ** Energy Management System Support:
** Model SCADA, ICCP, and Calculations
* ** Operations Software and Application Development
** responsibilities include including development and enhancement of applications that support the Operational Technology electric environment.
* ** Network and Security Support
** responsibilities include the design, development and implementation of network operations, network architecture, and network security, solutions and monitoring capabilities.
* ** Infrastructure Support
** responsibilities include including Server, Desktop, VMware, Citrix and SAN administration, Directory server management
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* 1+ years of experience with IT Systems support such as help desk, infrastructure support, application support, or related duties
* Experience with MS Office Suite
* Familiarity with SQL and Java
* Oracle Administrator
* SQL Server Administrator
* Related experience in the utility industry
