DutiesOverview of the United States Attorney's Office-Northern District of Indiana- The United States Attorney's Office is the chief law enforcement office in the district and is responsible for representing the federal government in virtually all litigation involving the United States in the Northern District of Indiana. This includes criminal prosecutions for violations of federal law, civil lawsuits by and against the government, and actions to collect judgments and restitution on behalf of victims and taxpayers.
The U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Northern District of Indiana is one of 94 USAOs in the nation. Our branches are located in Fort Wayne, Hammond and South Bend.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Indiana is currently soliciting applications for a Records Information Management Specialist in the Administrative Division.
Typical work assignments will include:
Requirements- Initial appointment is conditioned upon a satisfactory pre-employment adjudication. This includes fingerprint, credit and tax checks, and drug testing. Continued employment is subject to a favorable adjudication of a background investigation
