Silgan Containers Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Coater Operator to join our Indiana plant. The role requires setting up and adjusting equipment, mixing coatings, and maintaining viscosity while ensuring quality. You will also operate lift trucks to move materials as needed in a fast-paced facility.
Two shifts are available: 2nd shift with a 3% differential or 3rd shift with a 5% differential. Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with lacquer finishes will help you succeed in this
