CRNA Physician Job in Indiana

Role- 40 hour work week – option for 4 day week
- Avg. 2-10 patients a day

- 28 ORs, NORA includes 7 GI suites, Cath Labs, and IR
- Call: 40 hour week / 1 weekend per month
- $90k Sign‑on bonus
- $135/hour
- 8 weeks paid vacation + sick days + holidays

You- Ability to obtain/maintain license in Indiana
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa
