ROLE
40 hour work week
- Option for 4 day week

28 ORs, NORA includes 7 GI suites, Cath Labs, and IR
Call: 40 hour week/ 1 weekend per month
PACKAGE
- $90k Sign-on bonus

Ability to obtain/maintain license in Indiana
1+ years experience preferred
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
