Bilingual Store Associate; Spanish

Position: Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish)
Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Store associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2300, located at: 10404 Indianapolis Blvd Highland, IN 46322 This store is part of a POD of stores. The candidate in this role will be asked to assist with covering hours at the following locations:
Dyer Store 3260 and Hammond Store 3021.

This role is Part Time.
