Health and Beauty associate focuses on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal displays to meet customer needs.

Take on a front‑line role in one of our fresh food areas: deli, bakery, or dry grocery. Your responsibilities include providing top‑quality customer service, preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

• Work in the deli and help customers find fruit, vegetables and other deli items.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes and fulfilling special cake orders in the bakery.
• Support the dry grocery department by ensuring customers find the items they are looking for.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and department, checking and maintaining temperature control, verifying dates, and disposing of lower quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high quality products are present in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep the area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
