We are seeking experienced Punch/Make Ready Technicians to join our team in Hammond, Indiana!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.
• Interior painting, used routinely in this position.
• Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.
• Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist in snow removal as necessary.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years prior experience or relevant experience.
• Advanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentry.
• Driver's license and valid car insurance.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent attendance.

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
