Punch​/Make Ready Technician

We are seeking experienced Punch Make Ready Technicians to join our team in Hammond Indiana

• Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy such as general cleaning
• Interior Painting used routinely in this position
• Maintain organization of the maintenance shop
• Retain accurate records of repairs and punches
• General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds
• Assist in snow removal as necessary
• Perform other duties as required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 5 years prior experience or relevant experience
• Advanced paint advanced drywall advanced luxury vinyl tile advanced organizational skills advanced time management skills advanced cabinet intermediate electrical intermediate appliances intermediate HVAC intermediate computer and intermediate carpentry
• Drivers License and valid car insurance
• Personal reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to speak read and write English is preferred
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can Do Attitude Excellent Attendance

Full time

Salary  per hour
