Job Overview

Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional lanes with weekly weekend home time. Paid training and on-road mentoring are provided for drivers with limited experience.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,400, experience‑dependent.

Per‑mile rate $0.56–$0.64.

Training driver pay typically $650+ per week for 4–6 weeks.

Stop pay $15 and a monthly performance bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles.

Central U.S. regional lanes to KS, PA, MN, GA.

Weekly weekend home time; usual schedules Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat.

Typical mileage 1,700–2,400 per week.

53‑ft dry vans.

100% no‑touch freight; majority drop‑and‑hook with occasional live load/unload.

Structured orientation and on‑road mentoring; drivers with less than six months’ experience usually run OTR with a trainer for four to six weeks.

• Safely operate company equipment in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations;
• Maintain on‑time deliveries and accurate ELD/logbook records;
• Perform drop‑and‑hook and occasional live load/unload as required;
• Represent the company professionally with customers.

• Valid Class A CDL and age 21 or older;
• Recent graduates welcome—graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) required;
• Clean driving record; no major disqualifying violations or DUI within the past five years;
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens;
• Certain recent criminal convictions may affect eligibility and will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
