Our Tax Team is the place for professionals who enjoy independent work with strong support behind them when needed. You'll have the chance to build real relationships with clients and team members, not just process numbers. From preparing returns to reviewing and guiding at more experienced stages, you'll be hands-on and client-facing. • Learns and assists tax professionals under direction of Seniors, Supervisors, Manager, Senior Managers, and Partners.
• Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures including tax return preparation and procedures, including documentation and processing.
• Keeps current on technical issues and learns to apply them to client circumstances.
• Becomes proficient in the use of the various software programs used by the firm. Also becomes familiar with research tools used by the firm.
• Learns to prepare and process client tax returns.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting from a four-year college or university
• Zero (0) to Two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
